days a public figures’ smile is about as manufactured as genetically modified
lima beans. You don’t know about these, go to South America. When you
return, make sure to tell me if my guess is correct, that they’re actually
doing that kind of thing down there. I am, after all, only a :) doctor.

Image Consultant, it’s my job, not to dwell on genetically modified lima
